At Sol Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we ship. Each item goes through a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best.
Exchanges
We accept size exchanges or exchanges in case of a damaged or incorrect product — but only under the following condition:
📦 An opening video of the parcel is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the unboxing process, starting from the unopened package and continuing without pause until the issue is visible. This helps us validate your claim and ensure fair processing for both parties.
Returns
We do not offer returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, an unboxing video is compulsory for us to initiate an exchange.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

We do not offer cash refunds.
Your cooperation helps us maintain quality service and protect both our customers and brand from misuse.
- Requests for return or exchange will only be accepted within 4 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Integrity : Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. If you receive a damaged product, please share parcel opening video and photos with us for review and resolution.
- Reverse Pickup Service : A home pickup charge of ₹100 applies. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
- COD Orders : For Cash on Delivery orders, we will issue store credit with a validity of 1 year.
